* Anyone who collects, sells, distributes or uses e-mails without permission using technical devices will be fined 10 million won or less according to Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1. No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage where the intention to refuse collection of e-mail addresses is specified.
2. No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
3. Anyone who knows that it is an e-mail address that is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution pursuant to Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it for information transmission.
